Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments

Great quality, slightly tight fit initially

If you plan on doing any serious printing with the A1 Mini, get this. The durability is far superior to brass, and the price point is very reasonable for a full hotend assembly.

Q: What is the maximum continuous operating temperature recommended?

A: While the hardened steel can withstand higher temps, we recommend a continuous operating temperature of up to 300°C for optimal longevity and performance with this specific assembly.

Q: Is the nozzle diameter fixed at 0.4mm or can I change just the tip?

A: This is a complete hotend assembly with a fixed 0.4mm nozzle. However, because it is detachable, you can purchase separate hardened steel nozzles in different sizes if you wish to swap them later.

Q: Will this void my printer warranty if I install it myself?

A: Installing user-replaceable parts like hotends generally does not void the warranty unless damage is caused during installation due to misuse. We recommend following the official Bambu Lab maintenance guide.

Q: Does this come with a silicone sock for the heater block?

A: Yes, the package includes one high-temperature silicone sock compatible with the A1/A1 Mini heater block.

Q: Can I use this with standard PLA filament or is it only for abrasive materials?

A: You can absolutely use it with standard PLA, PETG, ABS, and other common filaments. While it is designed for abrasive materials, it works perfectly fine with non-abrasive ones as well.
