Good value for the price
Works well for bulk printing jobs where time is critical. The only minor downside is that cleaning the three holes requires a specific set of needles, but that's expected.

Excellent thermal performance
Heat distribution seems very even. I haven't experienced any clogging issues even when switching between different materials quickly. A solid upgrade part.

Significant speed boost for my prints

Great for abrasive filaments
The hardened steel insert gives me confidence printing carbon fiber PLA. It handles the abrasion well, though installation required a bit more torque than the stock brass nozzle.
Q: Can I use this with pure metal filaments like copper or bronze?
A: While the hardened steel insert resists abrasion better than standard brass, we do not recommend using it with 100% metal filaments as they may still cause excessive wear or clogging.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the original Elegoo Neptune 4 (non-Pro)?
A: This specific hotend assembly is designed for the Neptune 4 Pro series due to differences in the heater block geometry. Please check your specific model before purchasing.
Q: What is the recommended temperature range for printing PETG with this nozzle?
A: For PETG, we recommend a temperature range of 230°C to 250°C. The high-flow design allows you to stay on the lower end of this spectrum while maintaining good layer bonding.
Q: How often should I clean the three holes to prevent clogs?
A: We suggest performing a cold pull or using cleaning needles every 2-3 spools of filament, or immediately if you notice under-extrusion during high-speed prints.
Q: Does the package include a new heating cartridge and thermistor?
A: No, this package includes only the nozzle tip assembly and silicone sock. It is designed to replace just the nozzle component of your existing hotend setup.
