Solid construction
Very robust build. The copper block heats up quickly and evenly. Installation took about 20 minutes following the Voron docs.

No more PTFE degradation
Finally ditched the PTFE tube inside the hotend. This kit handles 280°C without any issues. Highly recommend for anyone printing engineering filaments.

Good value for money
Works as advertised. The thermistor readings are accurate compared to my IR thermometer. Deducting one star because the set screws were a bit loose in the box.

Great quality, minor threading issue
The heat break and block are high quality. I had to chase the threads on the nozzle slightly, but once installed, it prints beautifully at high temps.

Easy installation for beginners
I was worried about installing an all-metal hotend, but this kit came pre-assembled well. Just mounted it and calibrated the Z-offset. Prints look great.

Perfect upgrade for my Voron 2.4
This all-metal hotend kit made switching from PLA to ABS and PETG seamless. The temperature stability is excellent, and the fitment was spot on with no modifications needed.
Q: Does the thermistor come pre-installed?
A: Yes, the NTC 100K thermistor is pre-installed and secured in the heater block to save you time during assembly.
Q: What is the length of the heatbreak?
A: The heatbreak is designed to standard Voron specifications, typically 46mm in total length to ensure proper mounting within the gantry carriage.
Q: Is this compatible with 12V systems?
A: This specific kit comes with a 24V 40W heater cartridge. It will not reach optimal temperatures on a 12V system. You would need to swap the heater cartridge for a 12V version yourself.
Q: Does this kit include the silicone sock?
A: No, this kit includes the hotend assembly (heatbreak, block, thermistor, heater), but the silicone sock and cooling fan must be purchased separately or sourced from your existing printer parts.
