Fast heating and stable temps
I switched to this Volcano style block for larger nozzles. The temperature stability is impressive, holding within 1 degree even at high flow rates.

Works well but thermistor wire is short
The heater block itself is fantastic, but the thermistor wires were a bit too short for my printer frame arrangement. I had to extend them slightly.

Robust construction
Very happy with the machining quality. The threads are clean, and the ceramic heater seats snugly. No heat creep issues so far after a week of printing.

Good value but instructions could be better
The quality of the parts is excellent for the price. However, the wiring diagram was a bit faint. Once I figured it out, it works great with PLA and PETG.

Perfect upgrade for my V6 setup
This kit fit perfectly on my E3D V6 clone. The heating is much faster than my old cartridge, and the aluminum block feels very solid. Installation took about 15 minutes.
