Essential for K1C owners

If you own a K1C and plan to print anything beyond basic PLA, get this. The heat transfer is excellent, and I haven't experienced a single jam since swapping out the original components. Highly recommended.

Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments

Solved my clogging issues

I was constantly dealing with clogs using the stock setup. This integrated tube and nozzle combination completely solved that problem. Prints are smoother and faster now. Very happy with this purchase.

Great flow rate, slightly tricky install

The print quality improved noticeably on my K1 Max, especially at higher speeds. The only reason for 4 stars is that aligning the integrated throat required some patience. Once installed, however, it runs like a dream.

Q: Does the package include thermal paste?

A: No, thermal paste is not included in this package. We recommend applying fresh high-temperature thermal paste during installation to ensure optimal heat transfer between the throat and the heater block.

Q: Is this compatible with the original Creality K1 (non-Max/Non-C)?

A: This specific integrated dual-metal assembly is designed exclusively for the K1C and K1 Max models due to differences in the hotend geometry. It is not recommended for the standard K1.

Q: How often should I replace this nozzle if printing carbon fiber daily?

A: With daily use of abrasive carbon fiber filaments, the hardened steel tip should last significantly longer than brass, typically several months to a year depending on volume. Inspect the tip regularly for wear or ovalization.

Q: Do I need to update the firmware after installing this?

A: No firmware update is required. However, you should perform a flow rate calibration and potentially adjust your retraction settings in your slicer profile to account for the improved flow characteristics of the high-flow throat.

Q: Can I use this nozzle with pure PEEK filament?

A: While the dual-metal construction handles high temperatures well, we recommend checking your specific hotend heater block limits. Generally, this is suitable for materials up to 300°C, but PEEK often requires an all-metal hotend environment and enclosure temperatures this accessory alone does not provide.
