Perfect for light sleepers
I live near a busy street and these earplugs have been a lifesaver. They block out traffic noise completely and are soft enough to wear all night without hurting my ears.

Comfortable fit
I have small ear canals and many plugs hurt after an hour. These 3M plugs expand slowly and don't create uncomfortable pressure. Very impressed.

Good but fall out easily
The noise cancellation is great, but I find they sometimes work themselves loose while I toss and turn in bed. You have to insert them perfectly.
