Solid product
Does exactly what it says. Provides steady warmth for about 7-8 hours. The packaging is convenient for carrying in a bag. Just wish there were more patches in a single box.

Great relief for tension

Good warmth, sticks well
The adhesive is strong enough to stay on while I move around but doesn't hurt when I take it off. It heats up quickly after opening the package. Would buy again for winter trips.
