Best purchase for recovery
As a runner, this ball is a lifesaver for IT band and calf tightness. The textured surface provides just the right amount of friction. Couldn't be happier.

Great for travel

Perfect for plantar fasciitis relief

Works wonders on my stiff neck from sitting at a desk all day. I wish it came in a slightly larger size for broader back areas, but for targeted spots, it's perfect.

Q: What is the difference between this and a standard tennis ball?
A: Unlike a tennis ball which can compress and lose shape, our fascia ball is made of high-density EVA foam designed specifically for deep tissue work. It maintains its firmness and has a textured grip for better control.
Q: Can this be used in the shower or with water?
A: The ball is water-resistant and can be rinsed, but we do not recommend using it submerged in water or in the shower as the textured surface may retain moisture if not dried thoroughly. Best used dry.
Q: Is this ball suitable for beginners who have never used massage tools before?
A: Yes, absolutely. While it provides firm pressure, you can control the intensity by adjusting how much weight you apply. We recommend starting gently against a wall before using it on the floor.
