Church band saver

Good value for money
Compared to custom-built shields, this is a steal. The panels lock together securely. I deducted one star because the carrying case is sold separately, which would have been nice to include.

Perfect for small venue gigs
This shield works exactly as advertised. It cuts down the drum volume significantly without making the kit sound boxy. The acrylic is crystal clear so the audience can still see the drummer. Highly recommend for jazz trios.

Clear and effective

Great quality, a bit heavy
The build quality is excellent and the hinges feel very sturdy. My only complaint is that it is slightly heavier than I expected to carry up stairs, but the sound isolation makes it worth the effort.

Studio essential
We use this in our recording studio to isolate the drums from the vocal booth. It reduces bleed incredibly well. The foldable design makes storage easy when we need the full room open.
Q: Is the acrylic shatterproof?
A: The shield is made from impact-resistant acrylic which is much more durable than glass. However, like all plastics, it can crack under extreme force, so please handle with care during transport.
Q: What are the dimensions when fully folded?
A: When fully folded, the unit measures approximately 16 inches in width, 48 inches in height, and 4 inches in depth, making it easy to fit in most vehicle trunks.
Q: Can I add more panels to make it wider?
A: This specific model is designed as a fixed 5-panel unit. While the hinges are robust, adding unofficial panels may compromise stability. We recommend measuring your space before ordering.
Q: Does this come with a carrying bag?
A: The drum shield itself does not include a carrying bag, but we offer a compatible padded transport case that can be purchased separately on our store page.
