Works well but finish varies
Functionally it is excellent and the fit is standard. However, the chrome shade is slightly brighter than my vintage-style tuners, so it stands out a little more than I expected.

Reliable and affordable

Perfect replacement for my old jack
My original output jack was crackling constantly. This Waston unit fit perfectly into the existing hole on my Taylor guitar. The chrome finish looks great and the connection is solid now.

Solid construction

Good quality, easy install
Took me about 10 minutes to swap this out. The metal feels durable and heavy. I deducted one star only because the included nut was a bit tight to thread by hand, but it works perfectly once installed.
