Good drums, heavy shipping box
The drums themselves are fantastic and sound great. However, the packaging was extremely heavy and difficult to move upstairs alone. Make sure you have help when it arrives. Once set up, though, it's a joy to play.

Great value for the price
I was skeptical about the upgrade claims, but the hardware is sturdy and the shells are well-finished. It took about two hours to assemble, but the result is a professional-looking set. One tom needed minor tuning adjustment out of the box.

Perfect for my jazz gigs

Solid upgrade from beginner kits
Moved up from a five-piece starter set and the difference is night and day. The extra toms provide great versatility for fills. The only downside is the throne wasn't included, so remember to buy one separately.

Excellent craftsmanship
Jinbao really stepped up their game with this configuration. The wood grain is beautiful, and the rims are perfectly aligned. Tuning holds well even after long practice sessions. Very happy with this purchase.
