Good but instructions could be better
The hardware quality is solid, but the included diagram was a bit vague for a beginner. I had to watch a YouTube video to confirm the grounding points. Sounds good now though.

Revitalized my old Strat copy
My cheap guitar now sounds like an instrument twice its price. The SSS configuration gives that classic chime I was looking for. Very happy with this purchase.

Great tone, minor fitment issue
The sound quality is fantastic, very balanced across all positions. I had to slightly widen the pickguard hole for the potentiometers, but once installed, it works perfectly.

A: Yes, the cream covers are removable if you prefer the look of bare coils, though we recommend leaving them on to protect the windings.
Q: What is the resistance tolerance on the pots?
A: The 500K potentiometers have a standard industry tolerance of +/- 20%, which is normal for audio taper pots used in guitar electronics.
Q: Can I use this with humbucker sized routes?
A: No, this is an SSS (single coil) set. While single coils can sometimes fit in humbucker routes with adapters, this specific harness is laid out for standard single coil spacing.
