Good but requires careful soldering
The part itself is fine, but the terminals heat up quickly when soldering. Make sure you have a good iron and work fast. Once installed, the sound quality is clear.

Excellent for custom builds
I use these for all my custom guitar builds. The nickel plating looks professional and the electrical contact is reliable. Highly recommended for anyone building their own instruments.

Perfect replacement for my Strat
The original jack on my guitar was crackling constantly. This alloy socket fit perfectly into the existing hole and the soldering lugs are large enough to work with easily. No more noise!

Great for bass guitars too
Despite the name saying electric guitar, this works flawlessly on my Fender Jazz Bass. The connection is tight and holds the cable securely without slipping out during performance.

Solid build quality
Very sturdy metal construction. It feels much more durable than the plastic ones I've used before. Took off one star because the nut was a bit tight to thread initially, but it works great now.

Fixed my intermittent signal issue
My guitar would cut out whenever I moved the cable slightly. Swapped in this new jack and the problem is completely gone. Very happy with this purchase.
