Perfect for Jazz Gigging
These cymbals have an incredible warmth that cuts through the mix without being too bright. The stick definition on the ride is crisp, and the hi-hats respond beautifully to foot chick techniques. Highly recommended for jazz drummers.

Studio Quality Sound
Recorded three tracks with these yesterday and the engineer didn't even need to EQ them much. They sit perfectly in the mix right out of the box. The crash has a fast decay which is great for intricate patterns.

Best investment for my kit

Meinl never disappoints
This is my second Meinl set. The build quality is consistent, and the hammering pattern gives each cymbal a unique character. The 20-inch ride has a lovely ping that doesn't get washed out.

Beautiful finish and tone
Visually stunning with the brilliant finish. The tone is dark and smoky, perfect for smaller venues. I wish the set came with a free bag, but the cymbals themselves are fantastic.

Great sound, pricey but worth it
I upgraded from a beginner set and the difference is night and day. The complex overtones are exactly what I was looking for. Only giving 4 stars because the case could be slightly more padded for travel.
