Works but tip feels cheap
The switch mechanism itself is fine, but the plastic tip feels a bit hollow compared to original Gibson parts. Still functional though.

Silent operation
No popping sounds when changing pickups live on stage. Very reliable so far after three months of gigging.

Exactly what I needed
Direct fit for my project guitar build. Soldered easily and the lugs are spaced well for comfortable wiring.

Good value, easy install
Installed this in under 20 minutes. Works great for selecting pickups. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the nut was a bit loose, but some thread locker fixed it.

Solid construction
Feels much sturdier than the stock switch that came with my budget guitar. The rocker movement has a nice weight to it.
Q: What is the diameter of the mounting hole required?
A: The switch requires a standard 12mm (approximately 1/2 inch) mounting hole, which is common for most LP-style guitars.
Q: Is the tip removable if I want to swap colors?
A: Yes, the black tip screws onto the threaded shaft of the switch, allowing you to replace it with a different color or style tip if desired.
Q: Can I use this for a bass guitar?
A: Yes, as long as your bass guitar uses a 3-way toggle switch layout similar to a Les Paul, this will work perfectly for selecting between pickups.
Q: Will this fit a standard Stratocaster guitar?
A: This switch is designed specifically for Les Paul style layouts with a toggle mounting hole. Stratocasters typically use a different blade switch configuration, so this will not fit without significant modification.
Q: Does this come with the wiring pre-attached?
A: No, this is a raw component that requires you to solder your own wires to the lugs. It does not come pre-wired.
