Good value for money
Does exactly what it is supposed to do. The plastic feels durable enough for regular use. I deducted one star because the screws provided were slightly shorter than my original ones, but I had spares.

Perfect replacement part
My old jack socket was cracked and causing crackling noises. This LP EPI replacement fit perfectly into the existing route on my Stratocaster copy. Very easy to install and the connection is solid.

Sturdy and reliable

Works but tight fit
The socket works fine electrically, but the fit in the cavity was very tight. I had to sand down the edges slightly to get it to sit flush. Once installed, it works great though.

Fixed my output issue
Great little component. If your guitar cuts out when you move the cable, check your jack first. This rectangular model is standard for many imports and fits like a glove.

Q: Is the plastic conductive?
A: No, the housing is made of non-conductive high-impact plastic. Only the internal metal terminals carry the electrical signal, ensuring safety and proper grounding.
Q: Does this come with the internal wiring contacts pre-installed?
A: Yes, the unit comes fully assembled with the internal metal contacts ready for soldering your guitar's hot and ground wires.
Q: Can I use this for an acoustic-electric guitar?
A: Absolutely, as long as your acoustic-electric guitar uses a standard 1/4 inch rectangular output jack. It is compatible with any instrument using this interface type.
