Perfect for big band

Solid metal mouthpiece

Great sound, takes some getting used to

The sound quality is fantastic, very rich in the lower register. It took me a few days to adjust my embouchure to the metal feel, but now I love it. The included ligature holds the reed securely.

Incredible projection and warmth

Switched from a hard rubber mouthpiece to this metal JODY Jazz model and the difference is night and day. The tone is incredibly warm yet cuts through the band perfectly. Highly recommended for jazz players.
