Good product, communication could be better
The head joint itself is well-made and sounds good. However, getting updates on the custom processing status was a bit difficult. Once it arrived, though, I was happy with the result.

Great quality, slight delay
The synthetic horn material feels very durable and produces a focused sound. My only minor complaint is that shipping took two weeks instead of one, but the craftsmanship makes up for it.
