Good sound, minor finish issue
The tone is rich and dynamic. There was a tiny scratch on the bridge pickup cover upon arrival, but it doesn't affect the sound or performance at all.

Excellent value
I was skeptical about the price point, but these compete with pickups three times the cost. The wiring diagram provided was clear and made the coil-split installation a breeze.

Perfect for rock and blues
These pickups have a nice mid-range punch. The Alnico magnets give them a vintage warmth while still handling high gain well. Highly recommend for anyone modding their guitar.

Solid upgrade
Very easy to install with the 4-conductor wiring. The output is hot but not muddy. I deducted one star because the springs included were a bit weak, but I had spares.

Great tone for the price
Installed these in my Strat project and they sound fantastic. The coil-split feature adds a lot of versatility, going from thick humbucker crunch to clear single-coil chime instantly.

Transformed my guitar
My old ceramic pickups sounded sterile. Swapping to these brought life back to my instrument. The separation between neck and bridge positions is distinct and useful.
Q: What is the pole piece spacing?
A: The pole piece spacing is standard F-spaced (approximately 50mm) for the bridge and regular spaced (approximately 48mm) for the neck position.
Q: Will these fit a standard Stratocaster body without routing?
A: Yes, these are designed to fit standard humbucker routes. If your guitar currently has single coils, you may need a pickguard with humbucker cutouts or a minor routing job.
Q: Can I use these with a push-pull pot for switching?
A: Absolutely. The 4-conductor wire is specifically designed to work with push-pull or push-push pots to easily engage the coil-split function.
Q: Does this set come with a wiring diagram for coil splitting?
