Classic sound for jazz and classical
The T45 is a legendary mouthpiece for a reason. It offers a warm, centered tone that works beautifully in both jazz combos and classical ensembles. The response is immediate, and the intonation is spot on across all registers.

Great quality but requires break-in
Excellent craftsmanship as expected from Vandoren. The ebonite feels premium in the hand. It took about a week of playing to fully open up the sound, but now it sings. Just be patient during the initial break-in period.

Perfect upgrade from stock mouthpiece
