A: Our primary focus is software installation and library mapping. However, if we notice obvious driver conflicts preventing the software from running, we will offer basic guidance, but deep system optimization is a separate service.

Q: Can you install cracked or pirated software?

A: Absolutely not. Our service strictly adheres to copyright laws. We only install software for which you can provide a valid license key or proof of purchase.

Q: Do I need to give you my password?

A: No, we never ask for your passwords. We use secure remote desktop software like TeamViewer or AnyDesk where you generate a one-time session code that you share with us. You retain full control and can disconnect at any time.

Q: Is this compatible with Linux?

A: Currently, our remote installation service is only supported on Windows and macOS operating systems. We do not yet offer support for Linux distributions.

Q: What happens if the installation fails?

A: We offer a 7-day post-installation guarantee. If any plugin we installed fails to load or authorize due to our configuration, we will reconnect and fix it free of charge.
