Great value for solid wood
Finding genuine African rosewood at this price point is rare. The neck is smooth and the frets are perfectly leveled. Highly recommended for students and pros alike.

Beautiful instrument with rich history
I bought this for my world music collection. It arrived well-packaged. The sound is unique compared to western lutes. Setup took a little time but worth it.

Perfect for traditional opera performance
The tone is bright and penetrating, exactly what is needed for Xipi tuning. The African rosewood feels substantial and the craftsmanship is impeccable.

Excellent resonance and sustain
As a professional accompanist, I am very picky about my Yueqin. This model offers excellent projection in a large theater without losing clarity.

Lovely aesthetic and sound
The grain on the rosewood is stunning. It sounds great for Erhuang tunes. The only minor issue was the strings were a bit stiff initially, but they broke in quickly.
