Durable but shipping took a while
The quality of the bronze composite sleeve is excellent. It handles high loads without issue. Only giving 4 stars because the delivery to our remote site took longer than expected, but the product itself is top-notch.

Solved our overheating issue
Previous bushings were generating too much heat under load. Switching to these SF-2 composite sleeves reduced friction and temperature significantly. Our machinery runs smoother now.

Excellent wear resistance

A: Generally, no. The SF-2 is self-lubricating due to the oil-impregnated porous bronze structure. However, in extremely high-load startup scenarios, a thin film of compatible grease can help facilitate the initial run-in.

Q: Can these be pressed into a steel housing without damage?
