Works well but gets hot
It does what it says, but be careful not to overfill the vents or it gets quite hot against the skin. I recommend using a thin towel between the device and your skin just to be safe.

Portable and effective
I travel frequently for work and this fits easily in my suitcase. It helps relieve stiffness after long flights. The fact that it is nearly smokeless is a huge plus for hotel rooms.

Great for abdominal comfort
Using this for abdominal warmth has been very soothing. The straps keep it securely in place even when I move around slightly. The temperature control vents are a nice touch.

Solid device for home therapy
Very happy with this purchase. It distributes heat evenly across the area. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the elastic bands could be a bit longer for larger body types.

Perfect for winter warmth

Good quality, takes practice
The build quality is excellent and feels sturdy. It took me a few tries to get the airflow right so the moxa stick burns evenly, but once I figured it out, it works great on my shoulders.

A: No, the package includes the moxibustion box, elastic straps, and a cleaning brush. Moxa sticks need to be purchased separately to ensure you get the type you prefer.

A: Typically, a standard smokeless moxa stick will burn for about 45 to 60 minutes depending on how much you open the air vents. More airflow increases the burn rate.
