Good but takes getting used to
It works as described, but I found the arch a little too high for my frame initially. Once I started using a towel underneath for extra padding, it became much more comfortable.

Sturdy and effective
Very well built and feels durable. The curve is a bit intense at first if you aren't used to stretching, but after a few days, it feels amazing on the shoulders and neck.

Relieves tension instantly
