Clear and concise
The layout of the book is fantastic. Short chapters with practical exercises at the end of each section helped me practice what I learned immediately. Best $20 I spent on my camera gear.

Good but a bit basic for intermediate users
If you know absolutely nothing, this is perfect. However, if you already understand the exposure triangle, you might find the first half too slow. Still, good reference material.

Perfect gift for my teenager

No jargon overload

Great fundamentals, wish it had more on editing
The section on composition and lighting is excellent. The explanations are very clear. I only wished there was a chapter dedicated to basic photo editing software, but overall a solid purchase.
