Q: Does it come with a power cord for US outlets?

A: Yes, if you select the 110V option during checkout, it will include a standard US power cord. The 220V version comes with an EU plug.

Q: What should I do if the paper jams frequently?

A: Please ensure the paper guides are snug against the paper stack and that the paper is not curled or humid. If issues persist, check the roller cleaning instructions in Chapter 4 of the manual.

Q: How long does it take to change between fold types?

A: Changing fold types typically takes less than 2 minutes. The machine uses adjustable guides that click into place for common folds like Letter and Z-fold.

Q: Is there an automatic feeder or do I have to feed sheets one by one?

A: It features a friction-feed automatic hopper that can hold up to 150 sheets at once, allowing for continuous batch folding.

Q: Can this machine fold cardstock or only standard paper?

A: This model is designed primarily for standard bond paper (60-120 gsm). Light cardstock up to 160 gsm may work, but we do not recommend heavier stocks to avoid motor strain.
