Solid upgrade
Replaced my worn-out nozzle with this one. The brass body handles heat better than my previous aluminum one. Very satisfied with the performance.

Excellent atomization
I use this for a custom fuel mixing setup on my commercial mower. The air atomizing feature creates a fine mist that improves combustion efficiency noticeably.

Perfect replacement part
This nozzle fit my old mower perfectly. The brass construction feels very durable and the spray pattern is much more consistent than the original plastic one.

Good quality but tight fit
The machining quality is excellent, very precise. It was a bit tight to screw in at first, but once seated, it works great with no leaks.

Works well but pricey
It does exactly what it says and the stainless steel components are rust-resistant. However, it is a bit expensive compared to generic alternatives.

Professional grade component
You can tell this was made on a Swiss-type lathe; the tolerances are incredibly tight. No vibration or sputtering since installation.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with electric lawn mowers?
A: This nozzle is designed primarily for gas-powered engines that utilize air atomizing systems. It is not suitable for standard electric mowers.
Q: Can this be used for spraying fertilizer instead of fuel?
A: While technically possible due to the chemical resistance of brass and stainless steel, it is optimized for fuel atomization and may not provide the ideal spray pattern for liquid fertilizers.
Q: How do I clean the nozzle if it gets clogged?
A: We recommend using a soft brush and a mild solvent suitable for brass. Avoid using wire brushes or abrasive tools that could scratch the precision-machined surfaces.
Q: What is the maximum pressure this brass nozzle can handle?
A: The nozzle is rated for safe operation between 20 and 60 PSI. Exceeding 60 PSI may damage the internal sealing components.
Q: Does the package include installation tools?
A: No, the package includes the nozzle and two sealing washers. You will need your own wrench set for installation.
