Solid construction
The velcro is very strong and hasn't lost its grip after months of daily use. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the beige color shows dirt easily, but the cover is washable.

Perfect for long flights!
I bought this for a 14-hour flight to Tokyo and it was a lifesaver. The memory foam is supportive but not too hard, and I actually slept without my head bobbing forward. Highly recommend for frequent travelers.

Helped my office posture

Good product, but takes getting used to
It feels a bit bulky at first, and I couldn't wear it for more than 30 minutes initially. After a week of gradual use, it's much better. Just don't expect instant comfort on day one.

Great support, runs slightly small
