Great value for the price
I was skeptical about spending this much on scissors, but they have replaced three different tools in my kitchen. The bone cutter notch is incredibly effective and saves me from getting out the heavy cleaver for small jobs.

Best kitchen shears I've ever owned

Solid tool, slightly stiff at first
The shears were a little stiff out of the box, requiring some force to open and close. After a week of use, they loosened up perfectly. Now they glide through vegetables and meat effortlessly. Very happy with the purchase.

Heavy duty and sharp
Very impressed with the build quality. They are a bit heavier than my old plastic-handled shears, but that weight helps when cutting through thicker items. The only reason for 4 stars is that they are a bit bulky to store in a standard drawer.

Q: Can these scissors cut through frozen food?
A: While they are heavy-duty, we do not recommend using them on fully frozen meats or bones as this may damage the blade edge over time. Please allow food to thaw slightly before cutting.
