Great performance, slightly heavy
The cutting power is exceptional. I can prep a whole chicken in minutes now. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that they are a bit heavier than my old scissors, which might be tiring for some users after prolonged use. Otherwise, excellent quality.

Sturdy and sharp

Solid construction
Very well made. The pivot point is tight, ensuring the blades align perfectly every time. They cut through goose bones which I found surprising. Just remember to hand wash them to keep the finish looking new.
