Heavy duty and reliable

Great for poultry, a bit heavy for herbs
Perfect for breaking down whole chickens and cutting thick packaging. They are a bit heavier than my old plastic-handled ones, so not ideal for delicate herb snipping, but excellent for heavy tasks.

Wang Mazi quality never disappoints
This brand has been around forever for a reason. These new titanium gold shears are a fantastic upgrade. The built-in nut cracker is a nice bonus feature I didn't expect to use so much.

Best kitchen shears I've ever owned
These scissors are incredibly sharp and cut through chicken bones effortlessly. The gold coating looks premium and the grip is very comfortable even after prolonged use.

Solid construction
Very sturdy scissors. The pivot point is tight which gives great leverage. Only minor issue is that the gold color shows water spots if you don't dry them immediately, but that's cosmetic.
