Great quality, slightly heavy
These shears are incredibly well-made and sharp. They handle tough tasks easily. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they are a bit heavier than my old pair, which takes some getting used to for delicate tasks.

Professional grade for home use

Replaced my old cleaver
I find myself reaching for these instead of my cleaver now. They offer more control and are easier to clean. Cutting through rib bones is no longer a struggle. Highly recommended.

Cuts through chicken bones like butter!
I was skeptical about how heavy-duty these really were, but they effortlessly cut through whole chicken backs and duck bones. The grip is comfortable even when applying pressure. Best kitchen tool I've bought this year.

Perfect for holiday cooking
Used these to spatchcock a turkey and cut up a goose for stew. They didn't slip once and cleaned up easily in the dishwasher. The built-in nut cracker is a nice bonus feature too.
