No more spicy fingers

Sturdy and sharp

The stainless steel feels very durable. It cuts through thick pepper walls easily. I took off one star because the handle could be slightly longer for larger hands, but overall a great purchase.

Works well on soft peppers, but I have to apply quite a bit of pressure for harder, thicker-walled varieties. It does the job, just not as effortlessly as I hoped.
