Solid tool, heavy duty

Perfect for tough cuts!
This tenderizer works wonders on cheap steak cuts. The textured side breaks down the fibers quickly, and the flat side is great for pounding chicken breasts evenly. Very sturdy build.

Great German engineering

Does the job well
Works exactly as described. My only minor complaint is that it can be a bit loud when hitting the cutting board, but that's expected with a metal hammer. Overall very satisfied.

Easy to clean
I was worried about food getting stuck in the textured side, but it rinses off very easily. I also threw it in the dishwasher once and it came out spotless. Highly recommend.
