Sleek design and smart features
Looks very modern on my countertop. The touch panel is responsive and the LED display is easy to read. It took about 20 minutes to heat the first batch of water, which is normal. Deducting one star because the instruction manual could be clearer on the child lock setup.

No more heavy lifting!
The bottom-loading feature is a game changer for my kitchen. I used to struggle getting the heavy water bottles onto the top of my old dispenser. This unit slides the bottle in easily at the base. The hot water is perfect for tea, and the cold water chills quickly.

Safe and reliable for kids

Great upgrade from traditional dispensers
Installation was straightforward. The automatic puncture mechanism for the bottle works smoothly. It is slightly taller than I expected, so make sure you measure your cabinet space. The energy saving mode is a nice touch for overnight use.

Perfect for a home office

Good machine, slow cooling
The heating function works instantly and is very convenient. However, the cold water takes quite a while to get truly icy if you dispense a lot at once. If you let it sit for an hour after dispensing, it gets cold again. Overall decent value for the price.
