Good but battery drains faster than expected
The pump itself works well and is easy to install. However, I find myself charging it every week rather than the month advertised. Still better than manual pumps though.

Great value, minor fit issue
Works great on standard 5-gallon bottles. I had a slightly narrower neck on a generic brand bottle, and the seal wasn't perfect at first, but adjusting the ring fixed it. Pump speed is impressive.

Perfect for office use
We bought three of these for our small office. They are hygienic since you don't touch the bottle, and they handle high traffic very well. Highly recommend for shared spaces.
Q: Can I leave the pump on the bottle while charging?
A: Yes, you can charge the device while it is mounted on the water bottle. Just ensure the USB port area stays dry.
Q: Is the material BPA free?
A: Yes, all parts that come into contact with water, including the tube and housing, are made from BPA-free, food-grade materials.
Q: How do I clean the internal tube?
A: You can detach the silicone tube easily. We recommend rinsing it with warm water and mild soap once a month. Do not submerge the electronic motor unit in water.
Q: Does this fit on square-shaped water containers?
A: This pump is designed primarily for round-neck barrels (2-5 gallons). It may not create a proper seal on square containers with non-standard openings.
Q: What happens if the battery dies mid-dispense?
A: The pump will simply stop flowing. There is no manual override button, so you will need to recharge the unit via USB to continue using it.
