Good but requires frequent refilling
The machine works well and makes ice quickly, but the water tank is a bit small if you need large quantities continuously. I find myself refilling it every few hours during gatherings. Otherwise, it's a solid unit.

Great value, works as advertised
I bought this for our backyard patio parties. It keeps up with demand nicely. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the ice cubes are a bit smaller than standard tray ice, but they cool drinks just fine.

Life saver for home office

Solid performance for the price
For the price point, you really can't beat this ice maker. It's not industrial grade, but for home use, it exceeds expectations. The digital display is easy to read, and cleaning it was straightforward following the manual.
Q: Is the unit difficult to clean?
A: Not at all. The unit has a drain plug at the bottom for easy emptying. We recommend wiping the interior with a soft cloth and mild detergent periodically. A detailed cleaning guide is included in the user manual.
Q: How long does it take to produce the first batch of ice?
A: Under normal operating conditions, the first batch of bullet-shaped ice is ready in approximately 6 to 8 minutes after turning the unit on.
Q: Can I use this outdoors on my covered patio?

Q: What happens when the ice basket is full?
