A: The heating element is high-efficiency; typically, it takes about 3 to 5 minutes to heat a full tank of water to the selected hot temperature after initial setup.
Q: Does this dispenser fit standard 5-gallon water buckets?
A: Yes, the AUX Vertical Smart Water Dispenser is designed to accommodate standard 3 to 5-gallon water buckets securely in the bottom compartment.
Q: Can I use this with purified water bottles only?
A: While it works best with purified or distilled water to reduce mineral buildup, you can use tap water. However, we recommend regular descaling if using hard tap water.
Q: Is there a way to disable the beep sounds?
A: Currently, the button press confirmation beep cannot be fully disabled, but the volume is kept low to minimize disturbance. We appreciate your feedback for future updates.
