Great quality, heavy weight
Beautiful natural stone with unique patterns. It is heavier than I expected, which is good for stability, but maybe not ideal for travel. Excellent moisture retention.

Traditional craftsmanship

Perfect for daily practice
The double-ring lid really works. I can leave ink in it overnight without it drying out completely. The stone grinds smoothly and feels very solid.

No more wasted ink
I used to waste so much ink because it dried out too fast. This lid seals perfectly. The stone surface is gentle on my ink stick too.

Solid construction and nice finish. The only minor issue is that the lid fits very tightly at first, but it loosened up after a few uses. Highly recommend for beginners.
