Exceeded expectations
I was worried it might look cheap in photos, but in person, the craftsmanship is solid. The '1913' date stamping is clear and the edges are well-defined.

Stunning Detail on the Elephant Relief
The 3D relief work on this coin is incredible. You can really see the texture of the elephant's skin. The antique bronze finish gives it a genuine aged look that fits perfectly in my collection.

Perfect gift for history lovers
Bought this for my grandfather who loves elephants and history. He was thrilled with the weight and feel of the coin. The velvet pouch was a nice touch for presentation.

Unique souvenir style
Love the vintage aesthetic. It feels substantial in the hand and the elephant design is very lifelike. Great conversation starter when guests see it on my desk.

Great decorative piece
While not an official government minted currency, this is a beautiful commemorative piece. The silver and bronze contrast looks sharp. Just remember it is a novelty item, not legal tender.

Nice addition to the display case
The dual-tone finish is very attractive. It catches the light well on the shelf. One small scratch on the back upon arrival, but not noticeable when displayed face-up.
Q: Does this come with a certificate of authenticity?
A: As a decorative commemorative item, it does not include a formal certificate of authenticity typically associated with bullion or government-minted coins. It comes in a protective velvet pouch.
Q: How should I clean this coin to keep it shiny?
A: We recommend avoiding harsh chemicals or polishing cloths, as these can remove the intentional antique patina. Simply dust it gently with a soft, dry cloth.
Q: Can I spend this as money in the USA?
A: No, this is a novelty collectible item and is not legal tender. It cannot be used as currency for transactions.
Q: What is the exact diameter of the coin?
A: The coin measures approximately 40mm (1.57 inches) in diameter, which is slightly larger than a standard US quarter.
Q: Is this coin made of real silver or gold?
A: This is a commemorative collectible made from a base alloy with antique bronze and old silver plating. It does not contain precious metals like solid silver or gold.
