Unique addition to the set
I have many commemorative coins, but this specific 1937 style design stands out. The craftsmanship on the tentacles and skull is impressive.

Great conversation piece
Bought this as a gift for a friend who loves nautical themes. The weight feels substantial, though the silver plating is slightly lighter than expected.

Nice heavy feel
My grandson loved it. It has a nice weight to it and the case it came in was a nice touch. Shipping was fast.

Intricate Detailing
The skull octopus design is incredibly detailed. The antique bronze finish gives it a genuine aged look that fits perfectly in my collection.

Good but not authentic currency
Just a reminder to buyers: this is a collectible replica, not legal tender. That said, the quality is good for the price point.

Beautiful patina
The old silver and bronze mix creates a beautiful contrast. It looks like it was pulled from a shipwreck. Highly recommended for display.
Q: Can I use this coin for vending machines?
A: No, this is a decorative collectible item and is not legal tender. It will not work in vending machines or for transactions.
Q: How should I clean this coin to maintain the finish?
A: We recommend dusting gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using chemical cleaners or water, as this may damage the antique patina finish.
Q: What is the exact diameter of the coin?
A: The coin measures exactly 40mm in diameter, which is standard for many large commemorative tokens.
Q: Is this coin made of real silver or gold?
A: This item is a collectible replica made from a base alloy with antique bronze and old silver plating. It does not contain precious metals.
Q: Does this come with a certificate of authenticity?
A: Yes, each coin comes with a generic collector's card describing the design theme, but it is not an official government mint certificate.
