Beautiful but Smaller Than Expected
The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the wood finish is smooth. However, it is slightly smaller than I imagined from the photos. Still, it looks great on my car dashboard without obstructing the view.

Great Craftsmanship
Very pleased with the purchase. The edges are smooth, and there are no rough spots. It makes a thoughtful collectible item. I deducted one star only because the gift box lid was slightly loose.
Q: Can this be placed in a car without melting or damaging in heat?
A: Yes, Thuja wood is durable and stable. However, we recommend avoiding direct prolonged sunlight through the windshield to preserve the natural finish over time.
Q: Is the carving style specific to a certain region or tradition?
A: The design follows traditional East Asian artistic conventions for depicting Guanyin Bodhisattva, emphasizing compassion and serenity, commonly found in artisan workshops specializing in religious crafts.
Q: Does this come with a stand or base?
A: The figure is carved with a flat bottom to sit securely on surfaces. A separate stand is not included, but it is not necessary for stability on flat desks or shelves.
Q: Is this item made from real Thuja wood or a composite material?
A: This item is crafted from 100% natural Thuja burl wood, showcasing unique grain patterns inherent to the material.
Q: How should I clean and maintain the wood?
A: Simply dust it gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using water or chemical cleaners. Occasionally applying a tiny amount of beeswax can help maintain the luster.
