Exquisite craftsmanship and soothing scent
These walnut health balls are beautifully carved. The wood grain is stunning, and the natural aroma of the Thuja wood is very calming when you hold them. Perfect weight for daily hand exercises.

Great for stress relief
I bought these to keep my hands busy while working from home. They roll smoothly in the palm without pinching. The aged wood feels warm and organic compared to plastic alternatives.

Authentic Taihang wood quality
You can tell this is genuine aged wood. The density is just right—not too heavy, not too light. It's a wonderful tactile experience that helps me unwind after a long day.

Smooth rotation and perfect size
As someone who practices hand therapy exercises, the size is ideal for an average adult hand. They rotate effortlessly against each other. The natural finish improves with use.

Beautiful collectible item
The detailing on the carving is impressive. They look great on my desk as a conversation piece. Took off one star only because the velvet pouch could be slightly higher quality, but the balls themselves are perfect.
Q: Is the wood treated with any varnish or lacquer?
A: No, these balls feature a natural polish only. We do not use varnish, lacquer, or artificial coatings to preserve the authentic texture and aroma of the aged wood.
Q: Do they make a clicking sound when rotated?
A: Unlike metal balls, these wooden health balls are designed to rotate silently or with a very soft, natural wood-on-wood sound, making them suitable for quiet environments.
Q: How should I clean and maintain them?
A: Simply wipe them with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid using water or chemical cleaners. Over time, the natural oils from your hands will enhance the polish and luster of the wood.
Q: What is the return policy if the size doesn't fit my hand?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If the standard 45mm size is not comfortable, please contact us for exchange options.
Q: Are these balls hollow or solid?
A: These health balls are solid hand-carved pieces made from aged Thuja Sutchuenensis wood, designed for durability and proper weight distribution during exercise.
