Smooth finish and durable
I've been carrying this on my phone case for two weeks now. Despite daily handling, the finish remains smooth and there are no signs of wear. Highly recommend.

Exceeded expectations
The attention to detail in the star points is remarkable. No rough edges at all. It feels good to hold and looks great hanging from my backpack zipper.

Beautiful craftsmanship and scent
The wood grain on this star charm is absolutely stunning. It has a very subtle, pleasant woody aroma that isn't overpowering. I attached it to my bag and it adds a nice touch of elegance.

Great quality, slightly smaller than expected
The carving detail is impressive for such a small item. The wood feels solid and well-polished. It is a bit smaller than I imagined from the photos, but still a great accessory for my keys.

Perfect gift for Wenwan lovers
Bought this as a gift for my father who collects wooden charms. He loved the aged look of the Thuja wood. The packaging was also very nice and protective.

Lovely natural variation
Each piece seems unique due to the natural wood grain. Mine has a darker streak running through it which makes it look very authentic. The cord loop is sturdy enough for heavy keys.
Q: Does every star look exactly like the picture?
A: Since this is a natural wood product, the grain pattern and exact shade of color will vary slightly from piece to piece, making each charm unique. The shape and size, however, remain consistent.
Q: Is the wood treated with any chemicals or artificial scents?
A: No, our Thuja wood charms are made from 100% natural aged wood and finished only with natural beeswax. There are no artificial fragrances or chemical treatments used.
Q: Can this charm withstand rain if left on a bag outside?
A: While the wood is polished for some resistance, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to heavy rain or moisture to preserve the natural finish and prevent warping over time.
Q: How is the charm attached to items?
A: Each charm comes with a pre-attached braided cotton cord loop. You can easily slip this loop onto keyrings, bag zippers, or phone straps without needing extra tools.
Q: What is the best way to clean the wood if it gets dusty?
A: Simply wipe the charm gently with a soft, dry cloth. If needed, you can use a slightly damp cloth, but ensure you dry it immediately afterward. Avoid using soaps or solvents.
