5 FAQ
Q: Will the scent of the sandalwood fade over time?
A: The natural aroma may become subtler with less frequent handling. To refresh the scent, you can gently rub the surface with your hands or place it in a sealed container for a few days to concentrate the aroma.
Q: What are the exact dimensions for pocket carry?
A: The dimensions are approximately 6.5 cm in length, 3.2 cm in width, and 2.8 cm in height. It is compact enough to fit comfortably in most pants or jacket pockets without causing bulk.
Q: Is this made from genuine small-leaf red sandalwood?
A: Yes, this ornament is crafted from 100% genuine small-leaf red sandalwood. We provide a certificate of authenticity with every purchase to verify the material source.
Q: Does the Pixiu come with a string or cord for wearing?
A: This specific item is designed as a handheld ornament or desk decor and does not come with a pre-attached string. However, it can be strung if you wish to customize it as a pendant.
Q: How should I clean the carving if it gets dusty?
A: We recommend using a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe away dust. Avoid using water, chemical cleaners, or alcohol, as these can damage the natural finish of the sandalwood.
