Very relaxing
I wear this while working late hours. The natural aroma helps me stay focused without feeling stressed. Highly recommend for anyone who loves woody scents.

Authentic feel
Feels very authentic compared to synthetic alternatives I've tried. The color is deep and rich. Just be careful not to get it wet with perfumes or soaps.

Great for DIY projects
I bought this to disassemble for a custom necklace. The wood is dense and sinks in water as advertised. The grain pattern is stunning.

Worth every penny
Expensive but worth it for real Kynam. The longevity of the scent is impressive; even after two weeks, it still smells fresh naturally.

Beautiful craftsmanship
The bead quality is excellent and the polish is smooth. I deducted one star only because the elastic string was a bit tight initially, but it loosened up after a few wears.

Incredible Aroma
The scent is absolutely divine. It's subtle when you first put it on but releases a warm, calming fragrance as the day goes on. Perfect for my meditation sessions.
Q: What is the return policy if the scent is not what I expected?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Since scent is subjective, please ensure the bracelet has not been worn extensively or exposed to other odors before returning.
Q: Can I restring this myself if the elastic breaks?
A: Absolutely. The beads have standard drilling suitable for DIY restringing. We recommend using high-quality elastic cord (0.8mm or 1.0mm) for durability.
Q: Is this bracelet suitable for people with sensitive skin?
A: Yes, since it is made from 100% natural wood without chemical lacquers or dyes, it is generally safe for sensitive skin. However, we always recommend testing a small area first if you have specific allergies.
Q: How do I care for the agarwood to maintain the scent?
A: To maintain the scent, avoid exposing the wood to direct sunlight, water, or harsh chemicals like perfume and hand sanitizer. Storing it in a sealed bag when not in use can help preserve the aroma.
Q: Does 'sinking-grade' mean it will sink in water?
A: Yes, 'sinking-grade' indicates that the wood has a high resin content and density, causing it to sink when placed in water. This is a mark of high quality in agarwood.
