Great quality, beautiful packaging
Bought this as a gift for my father who loves traditional hobbies. The velvet pouch is high quality and the walnuts are pristine. One pair was slightly smaller than expected but still lovely.
Q: How should I clean the walnuts if they get dusty?
A: Please use a soft, dry brush to gently remove dust. Avoid using water or chemical cleaners as moisture can damage the shell and affect the patina development over time.
Q: What is the average size of the walnuts in this set?
A: The sizes vary by variety, typically ranging from 38mm to 45mm in diameter. The product description focuses on the pattern and species rather than uniform sizing, which is natural for this product type.
Q: Are these walnuts edible?
A: No, these are specific varieties of iron walnuts (Juglans hopeiensis) cultivated strictly for collection and hand exercise purposes. They have very hard shells and are not intended for consumption.
Q: Can I return the item if I don't like the texture?
A: We accept returns within 30 days provided the items are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please note that once handled extensively, the natural oils from hands may alter the surface, affecting eligibility.
Q: Do all nine varieties come in pairs?
A: Yes, this collection includes matched pairs for each of the named varieties: Kirin, Official Hat, Four Towers, White Lion, Millstone, Apple Orchard, Southern Xinjiang Stone, Lion-Tiger, and Toad Head.
