Easy to use and effective

I'm not handy at all, but this was incredibly simple. Just tear off a piece, roll it, and press it into the hole. It adheres well to both drywall and brick. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Sewer smell gone

There was a faint sewage smell coming from an old pipe exit in the basement. I packed this clay around it, and the odor disappeared within an hour. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with weird house smells.

Finally no more mouse noises!

We had a small gap behind the kitchen sink where we could hear scratching at night. This clay was easy to mold into the hole and has completely stopped the noise. It stays soft enough to adjust but hardens slightly to hold its shape.

Great for AC holes

Used this to seal the gap around my window AC unit. It blocked the draft and the bugs immediately. Took off one star because it can get a bit messy on your hands during application, but gloves solve that.

A: Yes, once applied, the material is inert and non-toxic. However, we recommend washing your hands after handling the raw clay and avoiding direct contact with open food.

Q: How large of a hole can this fill?

A: A single block can effectively fill gaps up to 2 inches in diameter. For larger openings, we recommend using multiple blocks or combining with steel wool for extra structural support against heavy pests.

Q: Will this harden like cement over time?

A: No, the clay remains pliable and does not cure into a hard solid like cement. This allows you to remove or reshape it later if needed while still maintaining a tight seal.

Q: Can this be used outdoors in direct sunlight?

A: While it is weather-resistant, prolonged exposure to direct UV sunlight may degrade the material over several months. It is best suited for indoor use or sheltered outdoor areas.

Q: Does it work on wet surfaces?

A: For the best adhesion, the surface should be dry. While the clay itself is waterproof once applied, applying it to a soaking wet surface may reduce its initial sticking power.
