Works but shifts occasionally

It does stop the smell effectively. However, if someone steps directly on the edge of the drain, the pad sometimes shifts out of place. I have to realign it every few weeks.

Easy to clean and maintain

I was worried it would get gross over time, but you can just pull it out, rinse it under the tap, and pop it back in. The silicone doesn't hold onto grime like rubber gaskets do.
